Life changed, and today I work in the healthcare sector as an administrator. The job is different, the pace is different—but my love for travel never left me. Even now, every year, I try to visit at least one new place. Travel is still my quiet passion.
One day, an idea came to my mind. What if my travel bag could tell my travel story? What if it could remember all the places I had been to? I imagined a bag covered with stickers—each sticker holding the name of a destination I had traveled to.
But I didn’t want ordinary stickers.
My parents are wonderful artists. They know painting, drawing, and every kind of stitching. So instead of buying stickers, we decided to create them by hand. I designed each destination name, and my parents stitched them lovingly with colorful threads. Every stitch was done by hand, slowly and carefully. No machines. No shortcuts.
Soon, it became more than an idea. It became a project—a handmade travel bag. A new style. A new design. Something never done before. The destination names were stitched in different colors, placed freely, a little messy, a little wild—just like real travel.
Now, when I travel with this bag, it feels alive. It reminds me of where I’ve been and how far I’ve come. People may try to copy this idea someday, but they can never copy my destinations, my journey, or those imperfect, beautiful hand stitches.
Because this bag is not just luggage.
It is my travel story—stitched with memories.
